- The exact input values you entered and the result you received, if you're reporting a calculation error.
- The device type (phone, tablet, desktop) and browser you're using, if you're reporting a display or functionality issue.
- A clear description of what you'd like to see, if you're suggesting a new feature or calculator.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate and respond. We take every report seriously — if you found a calculation error, we want to fix it as quickly as possible.

Do you respond to every message?
Yes. We read every message and aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days. High-volume periods may occasionally cause brief delays, but we do not leave messages unanswered.
Is there a phone number or live chat available?
We don't offer phone support or live chat at this time. The contact form above is the fastest way to reach us, and we find it handles most questions effectively and with the detail needed to actually help.
I found a calculation error — what information should I include?
Please select 'Report a bug' in the Subject dropdown, then describe the calculator you used, the exact numbers you entered, and the result you received versus the result you expected. The more specific you are, the faster we can pinpoint and fix the issue.
Can I request a specific type of percentage calculator?
Absolutely. We actively look for common percentage problems that aren't well served by our current tools. Select 'Suggest a tool' and describe the calculation you need — what inputs you'd have, and what result you're looking for. If it solves a widespread problem, we'll prioritize building it.
I'm a teacher — can I use these calculators in the classroom?
Yes, and we'd love that. All tools on calpercentage.com are completely free and require no accounts or installations. Feel free to share any page URL directly with students. If you have suggestions for features that would make the tools more useful in an educational context, let us know.
What if I don't get a reply within the expected time?
If you haven't heard back within 3 business days, please check your spam folder first. If there's still no reply, feel free to submit the form again with a note that it's a follow-up. We don't want any message to slip through.
